  I drove through this entire campground recently on both the sides of the campground for camper trailers and RV's and the side designated for tenters. The side for RV's and camper trailers was nice. The roads are in pretty good shape etc...however, when I drove through the tent site areas the roads have fallen into disrepair in my opinion. Pot holes and broken asphalt throughout. It was very wet and muddy. I also noticed a lot of the concrete picnic tables covered in green moss. The comfort stations or restrooms are in bad shape in my opinion. Very wet floors, no paper towels or hand soap, nor were there any showers for the tenters that I could find. The toilets were filthy. I didn't see any water or electric hookups for tenters. I believe I saw maybe one or two public water faucets. The campground is very wooded and shaded and much cooler than in town so that is nice. There is a nice lake nearby also. The charge is very minimal per site as it should be based on what I saw. Basically, it is very primitive in my opinion for tenters especially. My summation is to bring your own bathroom cleaning supplies, hand soap, mop, toilet brush etc... also, bring your own generator for power if you are camping in a tent, a fresh water supply and a solar shower for your bath as there are no public showers in town that I am aware of. Lastly, you may need to pack a set of new shock absorbers, struts and other possible suspension parts for your vehicle in my opinion or perhaps, make sure you bring a vehicle built for very rough roads and countless pot holes and if you are able bring in your own asphalt truck to repave the roads in the tent site areas in my opinion, check to see if you can do that. Ask also, if you can bring your own pressure washer to clean off the green moss on a lot of the picnic tables or bring a tablecloth that you can perhaps, dispose of quickly. Keep in mind as there are numerous signs posted throughout the campground that wildlife including bears are active so be very vigilant about your food etc... If you like roughing it so to speak then the tent sites would be perfect. Ask questions when planning your vacation or stay so that you will have a pleasant stay and leave a happy camper in my opinion. Again, a very beautiful setting to camp in otherwise.
